DIVING ADVENTURES COZUMEL CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Greetings from the beautiful Iland of Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Here you will find basic information about our dive operation.

Diving Adventures Cozumel has been offering since 1989, SCUBA diving and snorkeling trips to the famous reefs of Palancar, Santa Rosa and many more, on board our own 30 ft fast boat, for up to 8 divers.

A recent addition to our dive services is The Bungalow Piixan Kay, locted in Downtown Cozumel, where we can comfortable accomodate up to 5 guests during your dive trip or SCUBA instruction. 

Boat is equipped with twin 115 HP Yamaha engines, oxygen & first aid kit, vhf radio, fire extinguisher & lifejackets.

Counts with all Federal Permits and Authorizations to operate into the National Park Arrecifes de Cozumel.

Features large sun cover canvas, comfortable access ladder, to get back on board from the dives.

Services includes fresh fruit and plenty of purified water during surface intervals.

A local Dive Master Guide conducts the dives.

Dive sites are chosen depending on diver’s experience, weather conditions and of course your requests.

A dive certification proof is required to participate on the dive trips, NITROX is available, need proof of certification, we offer the PADI specialty if you are not yet certified, among many other courses and specialties to improve and enhance your diving knowledge and abilities.

Departure from the Old Marina Caleta located at km 4.5 to Chankanaab road.

We do hotel pick up on the Island´s South zone. North hotels & Downtown guests must taxi or drive to the Marina Caleta.

Two tank dive trip averages four hours, weather, bottom and surface interval times to be consider.

Special requests can be arranged, like 100 cf3 tanks, different snacks or lunch, beverages on board, or any that you may let us know in advanced.

We accept all major credit cards, we prefeed USD cash and of course, pesos.

Cancelation policies:

Bad weather or the shop’s inability to provide the service, 100% refund.

Cancelations made night prior to the service, no refund, we will do our best to reschedule your service.

No shows and last-minute cancelations no refund.
